Still snowing: snow reports from the Fri storm system. Warm up coming tomorrow
Apr 5, 2025
04/05/25 9:40am: Well its still snowing lol! The upslope is hanging on along the front-range this morning with some light snow falling at my house in Westminster and across much of Den/Bou currently. Unfortunately both my girl's soccer games were canceled (makes sense with the snow on the grass and snow still falling).
Not a ton of snow as expected but reports show 0.5" to 2" across Den/Bou with up to 5" in the foothills. Heaviest snowfall was down south near La Veta Pass, Rye and Trinidad (with 6-18" down there). In the mountains spotty 1-5" of new snow. But its been great to get some precip the last 2 days.
At my house in Westminster as of 8am this morning 0.4" of snow and 0.11" swe in 24hrs (with 0.7" snow and 0.21" swe in 48hr). My seasonal totals since Oct 1st are: 40.5" of snow with 4.09" of liquid water.
